Where do you ship within Australia?
Workswell ships across all Australian states and territories, including:
States: New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), and Tasmania (TAS).
Territories: Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Northern Territory (NT).
We may also ship to external territories, including Norfolk Island and Christmas Island, on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Workswell team for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size, and available courier services. Estimated delivery times and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
What is your standard delivery time?
Workswell offers complimentary shipping to capital cities, with standard orders typically delivered within 2–4 weeks.
“Complimentary” means there is no additional shipping fee for delivery to eligible capital cities. The 2–4 week delivery timeframe begins on the first business day after your order has been confirmed and payment has been cleared.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian national public holidays.
What about delivery outside capital cities?
Additional shipping charges apply to regional, rural, and remote areas located outside the defined capital city metropolitan zones.
These areas may include, but are not limited to:
- Regional centres such as Wollongong, Geelong, Cairns, Launceston, and Albury
- Rural towns and farming communities
- Remote locations such as Outback Queensland, Western Australia’s Pilbara region, and Northern Territory areas beyond Darwin

How long does a custom order take?
Custom Workswell orders are typically ready within 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Your custom order is considered confirmed once all of the following have been completed:
- All custom specifications have been finalised, including frame size, paint colour, components, crank length, cassette range, handlebar width, stem length, and saddle selection.
- Full payment or the required deposit has been received.
- You have received a written confirmation email from Workswell acknowledging your custom build.
Once the 6-week custom build period is complete, standard shipping timeframes apply:
- Capital cities: Complimentary shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 weeks.
- Regional, rural, and remote areas: Additional shipping charges may apply, with delivery times varying by location.

How will my bike be shipped?
Bikes are shipped via a reputable courier partner. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. All prices displayed on the Workswell website are in Chinese Yuan (CNY/RMB) and include all applicable taxes.
